The registration cost for SEA members is $500 early bird (until Jan. 1, 2021) and $550 until June 30.
Non-members cost is $600 early bird and $650 after. 
Registration includes institute sessions, breakfast, lunches, welcome reception, Monday night activity and Willie Awards reception/dinner.  


Due to COVID-19, contracts have not been signed for optional activities and receptions/dinner.  Once available, we will send out a separate form to register and pay for optional activities. Guests are welcome to attend the welcome reception at no cost. There will be a charge for guests to attend the Willie Awards dinner.

The room block rate, offered from August 13-18, is $189 for a standard room plus applicable taxes and fees. The rate will be honored three days pre- and post-event, based on availability. All reservations must be made by July 13, 2021 to receive the room block rate.

PARKING 

Driving is not recommended. Parking is difficult to find and expensive. Valet parking at the hotel is $70/night, self-parking overnight off-site $57/night, and day parking off-site is $16.  

 GETTING THERE: 

O’Hare International Airport OR 

Midway Chicago International Airport 

Midway is closer to the city. Both have commuter train access to the city or use Uber.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will be refunded. Substitutions are encouraged. Cancellations made after July 14 are nonrefundable.
